Operation Iraqi Freedom Framed Plaque

Offered Here Is An Operation Iraqi Freedom Plaque.

The plaque is shadow boxed in a frame.
The plaque is 16 1/2 inches long and is 13 1/4 inches tall.  The total framed piece is 23 1/4 inches long and is 21 inches tall.
The plaque has a green background and the plaque sits nestled on a green background matting and then the wood frame.
Plaque contains an American and an Iraq flag.  Between these two flags is an Iraq currency bill with Saddam Hussein on it.
In the center of the plaque are two knifes and their sheaths.  Knife handles and sheath decorations appear to be copper.  Knife blades are engraved.
Not sure of the copper.  Sheathes are not metal because I can see a seam.  Plastic maybe?
Because I bought the plaque framed I cannot investigate it any further.  I hope the pictures tell you what I cannot.
At the bottom of the plaque is a metal plate that reads, "Operation Iraqi Freedom, Iraq."
