Shipping Policy
Delivery Time:
Most orders ship the same business day if placed by 2PM EST, tracking will be provided and uploaded into your eBay order. The number of delivery days does not include the day of order or shipment, holidays, or weekends. We cannot ship to any Po Box at this time, please provide physical address when ordering.
FedEx Express Saver:
If your order processes by FedEx Express Saver, meaning it will be delivered in a padded FedEx PAK, this is a guaranteed 3 day delivery service. (not including the day it ships) *If your product arrives damaged, please contact us immediately.
FedEx Ground/Home Delivery:
If your order processes by FedEx Ground/Home Delivery, your order will be delivered in the product packaging and/or a box, where required. General delivery times range from 2-5 business days. *If your product arrives damaged, please contact us immediately.
Damaged FedEx Shipments:
If you receive a damaged product shipped by FedEx (non Freight/LTL) please take clear photographs of the product and contact us by our eBay store.
Freight LTL:
All freight orders are signature required, If your order ships "Freight" or "LTL" (by semi truck), you are responsible for inspecting the product BEFORE you sign for it, once the BOL (bill of lading) is signed, you are stating the product was received in good condition. If upon inspection you notice damage, please take clear photographs, note damages on delivery receipt (DO NOT SIGN) and refuse shipment. Please contact us within 24 business hours. If damages are not noted on delivery receipt we cannot guarantee any compensation. By signing your name on the delivery receipt you are stating that you have received the package without damage and in perfect condition.
Return & Refund Policy
Our Return Policy Is Simple, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. As long as the item has not been opened and remains sealed in original packaging, the product may be returned within 30 days of the receipt date. Some parts, food and vacuum sealer bag items are not returnable (indicated on product listing). If the product box has been damaged, taped or altered in any manner, we may refuse to accept this as a valid return. You MUST receive a Return Merchandise Authorization number on all returns from our customer support. Unauthorized packages will/may be refused with no refund given. Original shipping charges from the order will not be refunded (this includes items that free ship that are returned, the original shipping cost will be deducted from non-defective returns). Non-defective returns may be subject to a minimum 25% return processing fee. All returns are paid in US currency.
Here's how to Return Something:
Step 1: Obtain RMA
Before returning anything, you must first obtain a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. An RMA number can be obtained by contacting a Customer Support, by our eBay store. It is important that the RMA number is clearly written on the return shipping label. Please do not write anything on the box. Packages received without an RMA number may be returned to you at your cost or destroyed. We will only provide an RMA number for items that are new, unused, in original box with all original packing materials and promotional items. RMA numbers will not be issued for items that have been used or that do not have all the original materials and packaging. All returns once received back to the appropriate warehouse will be thoroughly inspected and this process can take up to a week to complete.
Step 2: Return Address
Many of our products are shipped to you directly from our fulfillment warehouses and the return address will vary. We will provide you with the appropriate return address at the time you request an RMA number. No credit will be issued unless the return tracking number is provided to us. Failure to return the items to the appropriate warehouse may result with no credit.
Step 3: Return Shipping
On all product returns, you are responsible for arranging shipment of the product back to the appropriate MeatProcessingProducts warehouse. You may use UPS, FedEx, or any other carrier of your choice. If your item shipped by Freight/LTL (by semi truck) you MUST ship back in the same method. You must provide MeatProcessingProducts the return tracking number within 48 hours after you have shipped the return. Failure to email MPP the return tracking may result in a delay of your refund, or no refund. MeatProcessingProducts recommends adding insurance on all in-case of lost or damage.
Step 4: Refund
Your refund will be provided to your payment method chose at checkout. Your account will be credited back the amount of the product minus the applicable return fees once the product has been received and inspected. Shipping cost associated with your order will not be refunded.
Defective Products:
If you feel you received a defective product, please contact our customer support by our eBay store. You may be required to contact the manufacturer directly to help troubleshoot and deem the product defective. If the product is deemed defective, we (MeatProcessingProducts) will pay the return shipping of the item back to our fulfillment warehouse, you will be given the option of refund/replacement once the product arrives back our our facility. Defective products outside of our eBay return policy (30 days from receipt date) fall under the manufacturer warranty and cannot be returned. (if listing states no return, no return can be made)
