    Mel Howard
    royal blue satin (?) or silk (?) cummerbund and matching bow tie set, made in the U.S.A.
    Brass hardware in the back shows some very minor signs of wear in proportion to the age.  Tie has black hook and eye closure.
    Size is OS fits 27-48 (adjustable)
    Condition is excellent pre-owned, no rips, tears, snags or stains.
