.  I am excited to present to you items from my MAPLE COTTAGE COLLECTION.   These are items I have collected,  many old and new items from the vast cottage and homesteads in the interlake communities of Manitoba and country towns across Western Canada.   All items offered for sale were found in CANADA and are selling from CANADA.  I have personally chosen each item and have some history on them which I will share with you at time of purchase, just ask.   I am not an expert on vintage items but have been collecting for many years and now it is time to share with you.  Vintage items to adorn your home or for your own keepsake treasures!

I welcome all questions.  I am not an expert on vintage items, but I'm an avid fan, and do my best to pass on whatever knowledge I have gained.  Since my items come from a wide variety of sources, I cannot guarantee that the items are free of storage, smoke or pet odors or other possible allergens. Items may have normal vintage wear in addition to any oddities I note in the description.  All items are pre-owned unless otherwise stated.  I have a clean air policy - non-smoking home, fresh prairie air!
Planet Earth Environment:
I offer vintage pre-owned items as a great opportunity to recycle and support an eco-friendly environment.  I use phosphate free, biodegradeable detergents for laundering linens and lingerie.  I also use recycled paper products for packaging.
Returns:
Refunds are considered, but there is a restocking fee of 15% and no refund on any postage.
Note items returned from USA customers will be charged Canadian Customs and Duty if applicable

The beauty of vintage and retro is in the eye of the beholder.  Vintage items are fabulous treasures, however they may often have signs of wear and aging that is consistent with the use of the items and their ages.  I am careful to note all issues I see on the items, but sometimes there may be more that I do not see or am familiar with, such as alterations or identifiers known to professionals.  Items are stored in a smoke free environment but I cannot confirm their previous life was smoke free, pet free or allergen free.   For these reasons I ask you to question any concerns you have about the items before you bid.
